These Terms govern use of girlmathgoods.com, operated by Simple Brands Group LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Prelaunch and development status

Girl Math Goods products may be in development. Formulas, ingredients, nutrition, claims, allergens, packaging, price, availability, launch dates, and preparation instructions are not final unless expressly identified as final on an available product and its label. Waitlist membership is not a purchase, reservation, guarantee, or promise of availability.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with security, scrape or harvest personal information, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use site content in violation of law or intellectual-property rights.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, graphics, copy, recipes, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Simple Brands Group LLC, subject to applicable rights and final trademark clearance. No license is granted except the limited right to access the site.

User submissions

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, unlawful, infringing, or sensitive information through general forms. Before enabling testimonials, creator submissions, photos, recipes, or public reviews, add submission-license, moderation, publicity, and removal terms reviewed by counsel.

General website content is not medical, nutrition, legal, or other professional advice. Product labels and qualified professionals should guide individual decisions.

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its prelaunch content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Brands Group LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to this no-charge prelaunch site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Commerce terms

No checkout or preorder is active in the prelaunch build. Before commerce begins, add final pricing, payment, tax, shipping, delivery, cancellation, returns, refunds, promotions, recurring-purchase, and product-risk terms consistent with actual operations.
